She began her teaching career in the Washington, D.C. area and has since taught Mathematics to students across the country. Tina is known for her deep passion for Algebra and her belief that mastery of the four basic operations forms the foundation for success in higher‐level math. Her classroom reflects a commitment to clarity, structure, and student confidence. Throughout her career, she has helped countless students build strong mathematical skills and a genuine belief in their own abilities. In addition to classroom teaching, Tina has led numerous professional development sessions for educators. Her training focuses on practical strategies that increase student engagement and strengthen instructional practice. Colleagues value her as a mentor, collaborator, and instructional leader. Tina’s work continues to elevate both student achievement and teacher effectiveness. Her dedication and impact have earned her recognition as a district Teacher of the Year finalist.
